About "Ki"
Ki (pronounced key), the Japanese synonym for Chi (in
Chinese) and Prana (in yogic traditions), is the subtle life force that animates
us all. Ki moves blood and gives us energy to be active during our day.
Ki is everything that surrounds
us. It is the object and that which moves the object.
If Ki is blocked in the body, stiffness, pain, and chronic issues of the
internal organs can follow.
At Ki Mobility Winnipeg, through our yoga and shiatsu programs we relieve
stiffness and pain at the source of the problem. Shiatsu relieves blocked Ki at
the acupoints.
